Transferring the title of your property to your name can mean long lines or waiting at different government offices such as in Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Registry of Deeds and Municipal/ City Hall. There’s also a big chance of incurring surcharges or penalties if you don’t do things properly and within the period of time prescribed by law. There are different modes of transferring ownership of real estate. Each one requires different legal documents to be executed and there are also different government agencies involved. Service Fee : Within Metro Manila: Starts at P35,000 (net of VAT) + Deposit P5,000 operating expenses* Outside Metro Manila: Starts at P40,000 (net of VAT) + Deposit P10,000 operating expenses* + Cost of Transportation (if applicable) Bulk discount: 10% (minimum of 5 titles) *Ordinary operating expenses like transportation, photo-copying, printing, allowances, etc. A full liquidation will be submitted to you together with the Transfer Certificate of Title at the completion of the project. We may also bill you with additional charges for expenses exceeding the deposit, but you’ll get a refund if the deposit is not all used up.
